Massachusetts Division of Fisheries & Wildlife issued Conservation and Management Permit to Duxbury Beach Reservation.
Under the Division’s Permit, the Duxbury Beach Reservation, Inc. is authorized to perform Covered Activities that may result in the “Take” of Piping Plover, provided such covered activities are conducted in compliance with all applicable terms and conditions of the Division’s Permit and the HCP.
By February 15th of each year, MassWildlife prepares a final report of HCP activity from the previous year.
